Fitness & conservation retreat. 1-7th October 2019 at Leeuwenbosch Country House, Amakhala Game Reserve, Eastern Cape, South Africa. 

Cost is £1650.

Cost includes all meals, 2 daily game drives, motivational talk with Rob Caskie, nutrition workshop with Alison Jones, daily exercise, walking safari, river boat cruise, conservation talk with William Fowlds, and transfers from Port Elizabeth. 

Optional extras - visit to Born Free big cat sanctuary, horse riding safari, sand boarding, canoe trails.
